Tenders in plain sealed envelopes marked “ITT 1 of 2024 – 5 DELIVERY VANS” should be deposited in the Tender Box at 1, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis 11328, at latest 13 Hrs 00 on 10 September 2024. Late submission will not be considered.
All documentations should be submitted including brochures and photos of proposed vehicles.
Bidders may also submit alternative proposals and additional options.
The Mauritius Post Ltd does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender nor will it assign any reason for the rejection of a tender and reserves the right to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the award of the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder or any obligation to inform any bidder of the grounds for its action.
Bidders are requested to ensure that the Vehicle is delivered within the stated prescribed delivery period.
The Mauritius Post Ltd reserves the right to:
- a) reject/accept any bid;
- b) split the award of the tender;
- c) annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring
- any liability towards any bidder; and
- any obligation to inform any bidder of the grounds for its action.
