House-to-house delivery
- Comprehensive coverage:: We offer 100% house-to-house delivery of letters across the island.
- Flexible options Customers can opt for a rented Private Postal Box for their delivery needs.
Confirmation of delivery
- Proof of delivery: Obtain confirmation by sending letters via registered post with an advice of delivery.
Types of correspondence delivered
- Regular services: Ordinary letters, registered letters, express letters, parcels, and EMS.
- Corporate solutions: Personalized delivery services, pick-up and delivery services, and direct mail services tailored for corporate bodies.
Addressing system
- Correct addressing:: Ensure complete name and address are indicated on the front side of the envelope or wrapper. The sender’s name and address should be on the top left-hand corner to facilitate processing in case of non-delivery.
- Redirection services: Notify the Post Office of any address changes. Correspondence can be redirected to a new address upon request using the prescribed redirection form.
Treatment of undeliverable correspondence
- Return to senderr: undeliverable correspondence is returned to the sender if the sender's name and address are indicated on the letter.
- Returned Letter Office (RLO) Correspondence without the sender’s details is handled by the RLO.
